Your orders are processed from Monday to Friday and we aim to have your order with you within 1 to 5 working days from the time you place your order.

You will have the ability to follow the status of your parcel delivery at any time.

A signature is requested for every delivery.

We deliver the following countries: France, the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg,Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Bulgaria,Greece, Poland, Hungary, Malta, Lithuania, Slovakia, and Croatia.

Before we dispatch your order to you, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer andverify your billing and shipping address.

If you have pre-ordered an item, it will be shipped once the item is in stock.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it. Please ensure there will be someoneavailable to sign for your parcel.


To return any unwanted items, simply follow the following steps:

1. Send an email to Varadi Customer Service to request a Return Number within 14 days of receiving your order. We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your request for a Return Number. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the sole discretion of Varadi. Varadi also reserves the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods received after 14 days.

2. Print the e-mail with the Return Number and the DHL label,

3. Place the original box(es) in the shipping parcel, the return authorization email and the original purchase invoice,

4. Make sure the parcel is securely closed before shipping.

5. Provide the carrier with the parcel and the pre-printed label on the collection date.

6. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, send all the items you wish to return from one order in one parcel.
